He and Glen were over within the hour and fixed the problem for a fair price. During our conversation, they let me know that they both used to work at larger companies actually training the people who repair appliances. So who better to do the work themselves?

Our refrigerator went down on March 22, 2008 and we have an extended warranty contract, well the extended warranty company only comes out Mon-Fri during business hours. This happened on a Sat, the day before Easter. We had called many repair company's to no avail, we are new to the area and didn't know anyone to ask for a referral. We had the wonderful luck of finding Appliance Repair and Maintenance. Richard came out checked everything and told us exactly what was wrong with the fridge so that we can convey this to the warranty company. Needless to say the warranty company didn't have the part that was needed and re-scheduled us for Monday the 31st. unbelievable, they told us that it would take a week for the part and it would be Fed-Ex to us. We got the part and called the company for an emergency repair...their answer, you have to wait until the 31st. We thanked God for Richard, because of him our fridge is now up and running. We have lived in different States and have dealt with many repair men, some honest and some dishonest. Well, not only did we find a Honest Repair Man, but one that cared enough to call and check to see that all is well, because our daughter is on special medication. Thank You Richard Johnson for your Honesty, there should be more people like yourself in this world.
